Our Big Top Tea is made from mango, strawberry, orange, tangerine, pineapple, safflower, and calendula. Also, this fruit infusion is naturally caffeine-free.
Sarasota has a rich circus tradition. John Ringling brought his Ringling Brothers Circus to the area for their winter quarters in 1926. After that, he built his estate, Ca d’Zan, on the majestic Sarasota Bay, and the property holds a massive art collection.
His wife Mable created a rose garden with a pattern following the traditional Italian circular garden designs. A rose dedicated to Mable Ringling is featured in the garden. Local Tea Company created a tea to celebrate this garden, Mable’s Rose Rooibos.
Make 20 to 25 cups from 2 oz of loose leaf tea. Besides, we suggest steeping multiple times for even more cups of a great drink.
Brewing Instructions for this Fruit Infusion
Steep this fruit infusion multiple times. Loose-leaf tisanes have far more flavor than traditional bags due to their superior quality and freshness. Strength is a personal decision; experiment to determine your preferences.
Use boiling water and allow your Big Top to steep as little as 3 minutes or as much as 10 minutes. For each of the following steeps, use boiling water and double the steep time; if you do not want to drink it all, store it in the fridge for a wonderful iced drink.
Store in a dry place.
