Refund policy

Local Tea Company cannot accept returned teas for any reason. 

If you are not satisfied with your tea or feel that any of our teas do not meet your expectations, please contact us at duranko@gmail.com. 

To improve the response time, please include the best phone number to contact you and the best times for you to have a phone conversation. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your tea order upon reception and contact Local Tea Company immediately if any of the teas are defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item.  You can expect us to make your order right, we always do, and we want you to have the best tea experience possible.
