Organic Egyptian Chamomile Tea

Our Organic Egyptian Chamomile Tea is from the Nile River Delta and is aromatic with a fruity, floral flavor. Naturally caffeine-free, this infusion has a plethora of healing qualities.

The sandy loam and nutrients of the Nile River Delta are perfect growing conditions for producing this first-grade, field-grown, sundried, luxury Chamomile.

The Chamomile flowers have a yellow center and white petals making them almost daisy-like. Similarly, the essential oils in the flower produce a pleasant aroma and fruity character.

The botanical name is Matricaria recutita and derived from the Latin term for womb. Chamomile was used in ancient times.

Chamomile has been sipped for generations.

Consume Organic Egyptian Chamomile Tea without milk. However, it can be served with many other additions, such as honey, lemon, lime, cinnamon, or peppermint!  Be creative and infuse this herbal tea for some aromatic Egyptian soothing.

Brewing Instructions for Organic Egyptian Chamomile Tea

Steep this tea multiple times. Loose-leaf teas have far more flavor than traditional tea bags due to their superior quality and freshness. Tea strength is a personal decision. Please experiment to determine your preferences.

Use boiling water and allow your tea to steep as little as 3 minutes or as much as 10 minutes. For each of the following steeps, use boiling water and double the steep time; if you do not want to drink all the tea, store it in the fridge for wonderful iced tea.

Store in a dry place.
