Tahitian Red Fruit Tea

Tahitian Red Fruit Tea was created to celebrate the "Gauguin: Voyage to Paradise" exhibit at Marie Selby Botanical Gardens.

This herbal fruit tea perfectly blends pineapple, kiwi, and vanilla with strawberry and hibiscus. A caffeine-free tropical treat: tart, sweet notes and a gorgeous vivid red color await.

The “Gauguin: Voyage to Paradise” highlights the essential role of botanicals in achieving Paul Gauguin’s vision of the savage, primitive, and exotic.

Gauguin's hand-carved wood cuttings made during his encounters in Polynesia inspire the third iteration of the Jean and Alfred Goldstein Exhibition Series.

Now closed, this exhibit explored the connections between nature and fine arts hope this herbal tea will remind you of this glorious exhibit long after your visit.

20 to 25 cups of tea can be made from 2 oz of loose-leaf Tahitian Red Fruit tea.

Brewing Instructions for Tahitian Red Fruit Tea

Steep this tea multiple times. Loose-leaf teas have far more flavor than traditional tea bags due to their superior quality and freshness. Tea strength is a personal decision. Please experiment to determine your preferences.

Use boiling water and allow your tea to steep as little as 3 minutes or as much as 10 minutes. For each of the following steeps, use boiling water and double the steep time; if you do not want to drink all the tea, store it in the fridge for wonderful iced tea.

Store in a dry place.
