Black Tea Sampler? This is an idea one of our customers suggested. "Why not offer a small portion of a different black teas so people could try them at a reasonable price."

Great idea! So we created 'Samplers' for all the teas categories and the teas we created for Selby Gardens. Thanks again for the great idea, and enjoy!

Our Black Tea Sampler is available in either 3/4 oz of loose-leaf, enough to make 6 to 8 cups of each, or 4 of our SOILON 'silk' sachets of each Black Tea.

Organic Sarasotan Breakfast Black Tea

Organic Earl Grey Black Tea

Deep character and sweet citrus notes of a “flowery pekoe” with the oil of bergamot natural flavoring.  Earl Grey is the most popular flavored tea in the world.

Cochin Masala Chai Black Tea

An exotic blend of ginger, cardamom, coriander, cinnamon, and black pepper.  Bright copper color with full flavor.

Lemon Ginger Black Tea

Our Lemon Ginger Black Tea is tangy lemon and spicy ginger root blended with a mountain-grown black tea from Sri Lanka.

Brewing Instructions for Black Tea Sampler

Steep black teas multiple times.  Loose-leaf teas have far more flavor than traditional tea bags due to their superior quality and freshness. Tea strength is a personal decision.  Please experiment to determine your preferences.

Use boiling water and allow your tea to steep as little as 3 minutes or as much as 6 minutes. Then, for each of the following steeps, use boiling water and double the steep time.

Most black teas can be steeped at least 2 times and, depending on the steep times, as many as 4 times. Consider blending the first steep with the following steeps to balance the tea. If you do not want to drink all the tea, store it in the fridge for wonderful iced tea.
